1\ Achieve and maintain healthy weight throughout life
Be as lean as possible without being underweight. Avoid excess weight gain at any age.
2\ Be physically active
Get at least 150 minutes of moderate activity or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity every week. limit sedentry activities as watching tv and screen based entertainment.
3\Eat Healthy diet
limit how much processed meat and red meat you eat. Eat at least 2 and half cups of vegetables and fruits every day. choose full grains instead of refined grain.
4\Limit alcohol intake
