Allow for airflow around fire places. 3\outdoor air pollution Avoid exercising around high traffic areas. 4\Dust and dust mites Cover mattresses and pillows with dust proof cases. Wash blankets and bedcovers in 130 F. wash curtains often. use airconditioners to lower humidity. Wear protective facemasks in dusty areas. 5\mold and mildew Use exhaust fans or open ventilation to get rid of humidity in kitchen and bathroom. 6\Cold air and Extreme Heat Cover nose and mouth with a scarf when outdoor. Avoid being outside when weather is too cold or too hot. 7\Strong Odors Use unscented products. Avoid areas with strong smells 8\Respiratory infections Wash hands frequently to prevent infection. take a flu vaccine every year. 9/Physical Activity and Exercise Start slowly and do a good warmup. consider taking medicines before exercise.
