A new study published in the American Journal of Nutrition revealed that people who drink 3 glasses of milk daily are less likely to develop Alzheimer and Parkinson's Disease.


Milk increases antioxidant in the brain

      According to the researchers, milk increases the level of glutathione in the brain which is a known antioxidnat that helps to protect the brain against the harmful effects of the toxic materials that accumulate in it.
