Our daily involve sitting from 9am to 5 pm. DOes this affect our hearts? what if we exercise, will this reduce the risk? A group of researchers studied this topic. .

The researchers studied 2000 adults. They found that sitting for one hour time will increase the calcification of the coronary artery by 14 %.
